Joyce Major, CSS partner
Joyce Major has been working with wide
variety of private, public and non-profit organizations
in the area of training, organizational development and
customer service within the United States and in Europe
for over 20 years. She is the author of several customer
service articles and programs, many of which have won awards
and recognition for CSS and its clients.
Joyce holds both a Master’s in Counseling Psychology
and an MBA, which allow her to bring both the people and
business perspective into her work.
